I took a lovely relaxing bath this evening whilst listening to a podcast I'd downloaded from the Radio 4 website of this Shakespeare programme- it was really very interesting, and a nice session of "me-time"...
I've been having a wholewheat English muffin with crunchy peanut putter and strawberries for breakfast...
...and then taking some more sliced strawberries with yoghurt for lunch- yum!
