How to make:
1/3 cup oats, 1cup milk, 1 mashed banana (added midway through cooking on the hob), 1tbsp chia seeds, 1tbsp crunchy peanut butter- yum!
This was great in the summer when strawberries are in season- a lovely cold breakfast and a refreshing way to start the day.
Poached egg on toast
I discovered these Poach-Pods in Lakeland that have made having eggs in the morning so quick and easy! Crack an egg into it, boil for 5 mins (put your toast on at the same time) and done! Simple π
If you have more time at the weekend, add bacon or smoked salmon for an indulgent breakfast...
The latest addition to my autumn snack list- looks ugly but tastes amazing! Chop an apple into bite sized pieces, microwave for 1minute, then top with cinnamon and almond butter.
A great flavour combination I promise! It becomes difficult to eat apples any other way...
