I went back to my parents for a few days and had a lovely time with presents, good food and good company 🙂

Then it was time for turkey-yum!
Christmas dinner! We also had Christmas pudding, Christmas cake, mince pies and various chocolates while enjoying festive TV- Dr Who (yay to new companion), the Snowman and the Snow dog, aww and others…
I don’t feel remotely guilty about enjoying a few tasty treats and am looking forward to kick-starting the new year by trying some different exercise groups and whipping up more healthy tasty recipes – watch this space!
