I then had some of this! I know it looks disgusting, but actually tastes amazing! Stewed apples with cinnamon mixed with natural yoghurt- great combination. I portion my lunches out for work the night before so often things get a bit thrown around and don't look so photogenic!
Mid-afternoon
Two clementines at my desk around 3pm...
Followed by a green tea and nakd bar (new-to-me flavour!) at about half 4...
I really loved the Cafe Mocha- tasted like coffee cake! Yum! Nakd bars are great too as they're made only with raw fruit and nuts smooshed together - no added sugars, syrups, artificial flavours or other additives.

My favourite flavour so far is still the chocolate orange (oh yeah) but I have a gingerbread one to try today, which is also new- can't wait! At only ~130kcal per bar you can definitely squeeze one into your daily eats π
Dinner
I went to the gym straight after work for a run (treadmill as it was freezing out! And the cold tends to agravate my asthma...) hence the extra snacks at work.
Dinner was leftover lasagne and salad. I actually made the lasagne at the weekend and then cut it into portions and froze it, so that I can just microwave it for dinner in the week- homemade ready meals!
The recipe originally comes from this book, The Cheese Lover's Kitchen Handbook, which was a birthday present for Mark, but we both love cheese! It's a bit different from a normal lasagne, as it contains spinach, chorizo and ricotta between every layer which adds a whole load more flavour- yummy!
I then had a cup of tea before bed.
PS. I tend to drink a lot of water throughout the day- I have a pint glass on my desk at work which I refill and always have a water bottle at the gym, but I don't photograph all of these.
What are your favourite snack bars? Any cheesy recipes to suggest? π
