I'm back home this weekend so will endeavour to get through the stack of articles in my Feedly list, and get back to a normal posting schedule soon!
It will also be back to healthy eating and running on a regular basis as I have two 10ks coming up in the next few weeks! I've managed to fit in a couple of workouts whilst away, but not nearly as much as I should have done so am starting to panic a little now! Consequently I will be looking to go along to some of the Nike We Own The Night training club runs for some moral support π let me know if you'll be there on Monday!
