OK so this is a day late, but it's time to take a look at a day's food with "What I Ate Wednesday"! These are actually my eats from Wednesday, hence the lateness π
Breakfast
2 poached eggs on homemade wholemeal bread
Mid-morning
Mug of Teapigs chai tea
Lunch
I attended a "Lunch and Learn" session at work today, with sandwiches and crisps provided as we listened to a presentation by another colleague.
I don't eat crisps so helped myself to some sandwiches, and grabbed a banana from the office fruit box.
Along with a pint of water (I generally drink 2-3 of these whilst at work) and a glass of Innocent Apple Juice (unpictured).
Mid-Afternoon
4pm cup of tea, and Trek Cocoa Coconut Protein Flapjack- I love these! π
I went for a 4mile run after work along the river- it started raining halfway which was quite refreshing although I did arrive home again rather damp!
Dinner
Chicken fahitas!
2 chicken breasts, green pepper, red pepper and an onion with paprika and cumin, cooked on the griddle pan.
Top with sour cream, guacamole and salsa and enjoy! Yum!
I ate 3 of these and was stuffed! Washed down with a glass of water with half a lime (which we used on the fahitas).
And a cup of tea before bed π
