Tuesday’s eats… 
Breakfast 
Cup of tea in bed while catching up on blogs…

Then porridge from my Graze breakfast box – apple and cinnamon with honey, and a few added chia seeds. 

Yummy! And super speedy to make in the microwave. 



LunchA chicken, avocado and lettuce wholemeal roll.

And a Total 0% yoghurt pot

I’ve tried a lot of different yoghurts recently, from Chobani to Danio to Total – I have to say, I love them all for different reasons! 
DinnerPizza – this was a reduced ham and pineapple one that I picked up in Sainsbury’s, with added mushrooms and Herbs de Provence (otherwise they’re a bit bland). Served with a side salad of lettuce, spinach, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. 

Later on I had a cup of tea and 2 Tim Tams – yes we’ve still got some left! (And Mark is in Oz again so we may add to the stash, they are awesome!)

  1. Thanks Ffion! They're chocolate biscuits from Australia, similar to Penguins but much nicer! And they come in different flavours like caramel, double chocolate, strawberry…I have a bit of a weakness for them!

  4. Tim Tams are BY FAR my favourite biscuits.. close second is any kind of tiny teddies! Love the graze box idea.. do you think they would post to Australia?
