Hello! Happy Friday!
A few of my colleagues and I are holding a Bake Sale today to raise money for Cancer Research UK, as part of our lead-up to the Race for Life 5k at the end of June.
Check out these stunning treats! |
My lovely talented baker colleagues! |
We have an amazing selection of cakes, and everyone has put in so much time and effort. I whipped up these peanut butter bites which I may have tested last night - awesome!
And also tried this vegan lemon cake recipe from The Ethical Chef- I'm not a vegan, but a couple of my work friends are and I was curious as to how the recipe would turn out. Fingers crossed it tastes as good as it looks! 🙂
