WIAW : What I Ate Wednesday 14

Wednesday has rolled around again, and today's WIAW eats are from yesterday (Tuesday) and are a little more interesting than my usual fare!

June's WIAW theme from Jenn at Peas&Crayons is all about "Sensible Snacking", and I feel I got off to a good start here πŸ™‚
Breakfast

English muffin with crunchy peanut butter, and strawberries.
Mid-morning snack
Banana from the office fruit box, a green tea and a polish truffle from someone's holidays - I didn't really like it very much though so only ate a tiny bit!
Lunch
Lunch was a lazy affair as I had an Innocent Thai Curry Vegpot, that I picked up in Sainsburys as it was "yellow stickered" - really nice and full of vegetables which was great. I love Thai food as well and it had got the flavours spot on. Eating something hot at lunch also makes me eat slower which is important!
Mid-afternoon snack
I had a Bounce Protein ball mid-afternoon before my Cyclebeat class - I love this flavour, so coconutty!
Although you can see it had got a little squashed, so wasn't really "ball-shaped" anymore, oops...
Post-exercise snack
After my Cyclebeat class I was starving so had an apple on the train on the way home...

Dinner
...before whipping up a really quick salmon and vegetable stir-fry. I cheated and used a pack of prepared stir-fry veg, and sauce, and just cut up a salmon fillet into pieces so it cooked quickly. Ready in 5mins- perfect!

In the evening I also had a cup of tea and the remainder of a chocolate brownie that I bought at the Real Food Market over the weekend, but forgot to take a pic!

What are your go-to snacks during the day?
