WIAW : What I Ate Wednesday 15

Wednesday again!

Head over to Peas and Crayons with Jenn to check out the latest theme for WIAW – sensible snacking!
What are your go-to snacks? Have you discovered anything new recently?

Tuesday

BreakfastTwo shredded wheat with Greek yoghurt, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries and a drizzle of agave – so summery and yummy!

Mid-morningCup of tea

Lunch Warburtons wholemeal square (I admit, I was sucked in by the novelty!) wrap with stir-fried veggies (courgette, red and orange peppers) and feta.

It’s hard to make a wrap look photogenic!
Mid-afternoon snack
A banana and a coconut Trek protein bar

Dinner
I caught the train into London after work, to go and enjoy a picnic in Regent’s Park with Team Naturally Run members! It was a gorgeous evening, and great to catch up, and we were given our medals that Leah had ordered for us Nike We Own The Night 10k!

Love it! Thanks Leah πŸ™‚
The girls brought a variety of snacks!

I ordered sushi from YouMeSushi online during the day, specifying when I would come and pick it up. I tried not to get carried away and order heaps! (didn’t entirely work, haha)

I had salmon and avocado futomaki and hoisin shredded duck uramaki – plus a tub of edamame which I love!

With a glass of pink bubbles in the sunshine πŸ™‚

  1. Thanks Nikki! I'm loving having a cold breakfast in the morning now the weather's nicer, and yogurt and berries is perfect πŸ™‚

  2. Haha yeah it was a pretty tasty day! I love berries but it can get expensive eating so many of them – I'll have to try and find a pick-your-own place! πŸ™‚
