Another mid-week treat with Jenn from Peas&Crayons!
What summery foods have you been enjoying this week? 
This is what I actually ate on Wednesday! π
Breakfast2 shredded wheat with frozen cherries (defrosted in the microwave), milk and agave nectar (forgot to take a picture, hence why the photo shows different fruit!)
Mid-morning snackNectarine from the office fruit box – yum!
LunchSandwich on rye bread with ham, Saint Agur blue cheese spread and lettuce. Chunk of pork pie from a picnic and some cherry tomatoes on the side.
I actually only ate one slice of the bread, in an “open sandwich” as it had gone a bit hard. It was the end of the loaf when I cut it and I think it was a bit stale. Still a tasty lunch though!
DinnerA summery frittata with goats cheese, ham, and peas, with salad. We ate outside sitting on the bench in the garden although a persistent wasp kept trying to eat my food!
