Only two Crossfit sessions last week as I went to see Wicked on Monday – it was amazing! I seriously recommend it if you’re looking for a great musical in London.
Tuesday’s Crossfit session focused on the Cluster – a clean and a thruster… cluster!
Here’s the breakdown:
I’ve been doing Crossfit for about 6 weeks now, but there’s still new moves I’m coming across!
On Wednesday I went on a very sticky run down to the river in my On running shoes. I’m enjoying testing these out still, and they’re great for sprints – I’m trying to slowly add in some 30sec faster intervals on my shorter runs, and the first one I felt like I was flying over the pavement!

Wow that cluster looks intense! Good balanced training though, I always find working with other people cringey at first and then really rewarding once I have got past the awkward stage.

I've been doing CrossFit 4 months now, and every now and again I still come across a new move: I've never done the cluster, Looks like a clean and jerk?

Yeah it was a tough move to get my head around! I agree, once you get over the potential embarassment, it's fun working in partners/groups π

Haha yeah! It is pretty tiring – I'm trying to get my 8hrs a night but don't always get there. Plus I think I could sleep waaay longer if I was able to! π I have the On Cloudsters – have you tried them?

Yeah similar I think. It's a thruster – squat and press, and a clean. So a squat clean and press I guess… Complicated I know! It's fun learning new stuff though π
