Getting Kitted Out : Crewroom Kit Review

As part of my preparation for the London Duathlon I have attended a BRICK session in Richmond Park, and have tested out fuelling options
Crewroom, one of the official partners of the London Duathlon, also sent me some kit to try out.

Crewroom Kit Review

Vapour-X Microlight Short Sleeve (Women's)

Apart from the garish colour, which actually will be really useful once it starts to get darker in the evenings, this is a really nice t-shirt. It's lightweight and feels really soft against the skin, so I don't imagine there would be any issues with chafing!

The sustainable fabric is breathable, wicking and anti-microbial (so you won't smell!). It's Bamboo Charcoal Technology also boasts that it will protect from UV rays and promote cell activation and blood circulation!

Air Head Visor

While I don't appreciate having the label "Air Head" (haha), I do love this visor! Again it's quite bright, and would be great for reflectivity and visibility at night, but then again do you need a hat to keep the sun out of your eyes at night?! It is very comfortable though, and being a visor rather than a cap doesn't make your head too hot when exercising.

It also has a soft towelling stretch band so will fit any size head, and acts as a sweatband when exercising.

I'm actually quite tempted to wear this outfit for the London Duathlon next Sunday - it will certainly make me easy to spot for photo opportunities!!
