Wednesday has rolled around again, and this time I'm taking a look back to what I ate on Sunday!

This was an unusual day of meals for me, and I didn't really eat enough - I went to a Yoga class 5-6:30pm and could feel my stomach growling by the end!
In the morning I ran up to Kingston to meet up with Leah and Katy for brunch at Carluccios.
I had the Eggs Royale - poached eggs on toast with smoked salmon, and hollandaise sauce. Plus two lattes as we sat there chatting
After running back to Surbiton, catching the train home and drying off from the rain I headed into the City for a bit of shopping, and the aforementioned yoga class.
I rehydrated with a Zero High 5 before I left, as despite the cold and rain I still felt pretty thirsty after my run. These electrolyte and magnesium tablets have been a lifesaver for me, as I've struggled a lot with headaches after races or cycling. But since introducing the Zero High 5, either during or immediately after I've not had any problems- I'd definitely recommend!
I ate a Nakd bar on the train - review of the new Nakd crunch bars coming up soon!
I got back from Yoga quite late - one of the downsides to going to events in the City is that it can take me over an hour to get home, so I was pretty starving by the time I walked in the door! I quickly rustled up this not very attractive but very tasty combo!
Jacket sweet potato, with roasted cherry tomatoes, feta and peas
Have a great and tasty day!
