I LOVE a good yoga retreat. I wish I could afford to go on one this year but sadly paying tuition fees rather breaks the bank! I have started doing yoga at home every day though and this is what I loved about yoga retreats - doing yoga every day! So I like to think I can bring a little of retreats to my life even without going on one 🙂

That's a really nice idea Lou - and maybe with the weather improving, we can do yoga outside and feel like we're on holiday! 🙂

I'd love to go on a yoga retreat, preferably somewhere really warm and beautiful like Thailand and India. I would love to experience the spiritual aspects of a retreat as well as the physical aspects of daily practice 🙂
