Lunch - Spicy chicken with mango and peas and sweetcorn
Afternoon snack - Apple with cashew butter *
I went for my bike ride after work and had a second snack in Bushy Park in the sunshine watching all the other cyclists, walkers and runners enjoying the evening. It was lovely. I ate a slice of carrot protein cake which I whipped up at the weekend - recipe to follow!

Dinner - Pan fried salmon with green beas and peas
Evening snack - 4 squares dark chocolate with ginger with a Yogi chocolate chilli tea. A great combination π
