Nectarine and Raspberry Crumble

I need to use up all my leftovers and empty the fridge before I leave for Australia on Sunday. So that means I can get creative!

How about a quick dessert?

Nectarines and (slightly squishy) raspberries...

Covered with a quick crumble topping:
30g butter
20g sugar
30g flour
45g oats

Then cooked for 40minutes at 180degrees, or until the crumble is golden and the fruit juices are bubbling out the top!

Yummy!

Topped with a scoop of raspberry sorbet.
