So I went to Body Pump this morning...

Then I decided to buy a bookcase from Argos (we needed a small one for our cookbooks) and put it together- not such a good idea!
My arms were already aching from weights and screwing together a bookcase, and hammering in many nails was hard work- I should have kept my heart rate monitor on to see how much of a workout it was!
The finished product looks pretty good though!
I look forward to cooking lots of yummy food from all the great recipes in these books π
